Round 5 Inter B Kirwan League
Here are the full set of results and the League Table at the end of Round 5
Vernon had a big win over St Gabriel’s by 15.54 to 4.46 VP’s in their 24 board match and with
Malahide not playing and Glasnevin losing to St Anthony’s, they have moved to the top of the
league. They have a match in hand over both Glasnevin and St Anthony’s and find themselves
in a very strong position.
St Anthony’s recovered from their loss to Vernon in round 4, when beating Glasnevin by 13.41
to 6.59 and they now trail Glasnevin by just over an IMP although both teams have played 5
matches while Vernon and Malahide have only played 4.
The final match of the round was played last Wednesday, with Clontarf beating Donabate by
15.77 to 4.23 VP’s. With St Gabriel’s losing, they have now moved up to 5th place.
The 6th round games are as follows and must be complete by Friday 11th April.
We will have a DNR facilitated session on Thursday 10th April at 19.00 in Malahide Bridge Club,
